There is no better way to start the day - no healthier way - than with a nice big cup of steroids. I think this was actually in Helio's book. It's the first thing he does after sunning his butthole and tending to his bunions. Did he even write a book? I don't know. Also can you drink steroids? Not sure. Anyway. This is great. Put coffee in it! Or tea, I am not judging.
